Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your KYNDR the label pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it easy.

Full Price Items

We accept returns for a refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unused
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from marks, odours or damage (including makeup, fake tan, deodorant or perfume)

To arrange a return, simply email us at info@kyndrthelabel.com.au with your order number and details of item you’re returning. No lengthy forms required.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Sale & Promotional Purchases

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for a refund for change of mind.

We’re happy to offer either:

  • An exchange (subject to availability), or
  • Store credit.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We’ve got you.

Simply get in touch via email (info@kyndrthelabel.com) and we’ll help arrange an exchange.

Please note:

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • A flat $10 shipping fee applies to send your new item.

As a small Australian business, this helps us keep shipping costs manageable while continuing to offer the best service we can.

Every KYNDR order is carefully checked before it’s packed and sent.

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and a brief description of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll happily:

  • Replace it (subject to availability), or
  • Provide a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

A Few Things to Know

  • We currently ship within Australia only.
  • We don’t accept returns for change of mind outside our 7-day return window.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for approved refunds to be processed once your return has been received and inspected.
